Franchising

Staff Strategy MeetingRed Alert HELP! plans to work with other campaigning and grassroots community organistions to replicate the operating models of our telephone advice and support/advocacy services.

But before we do so, we want to develop and test the model, initially covering Birmingham and The Black Country, to ensure that not only will it work, but is also sustainable and scalable.

Working with the National Memorial Family Fund we will assist others to establish the following services in their regions.

Whilst these third parties would be expected to adopt all of our systems, procedures and branding etc, they would in effect be completely independent operations affiliated to Red Alert HELP!

Regional 24-Hour Advice Lines
Regional helplines for families concerned about a loved one detained in police, immigration, prison institutions or detained under the Mental Health Act.

Bereavement & Counselling Hubs
A range of counselling and therapy hubs across the UK to help children, young people and families deal with the devastation following a custody death.

These initiatives form part of a much wider set of partnerships and collaborations including through the National Memorial Family Fund long term plans, and a range of campaigning, mental health initiatives and events with organisations such as 4WardEverUK, Migrant Media, The United Families & Friends Campaign, Catalyst 4 Change CIC, The People’s Tribunal and many others.
